Very nice, beautiful! 20 Jul 2007 10:44pm Soph from Enghien, BelgiumYep, nostagic, it's the word I was looking for, when I saw this picture; It's really a nice one, very well done technically, very good composition, very sweet black and white, congratzz 22 Jul 2007 8:09pm Andrew Gould from Sydney, AustraliaExcellent composition with the repetition fading off almost into infinity. Well seen and thought out. 24 Jul 2007 1:57am @Vink: Thanks for noticing my old picture! :) Diane Schuller from Hythe, Canadathis is a spectacular image. Great composition and use of dof. But I also like the underlying story. 27 Jan 2009 3:43pm @Diane Schuller: It was actually one of my first 'test shots' using a newly acquired lens. It's funny sometimes how photographing with only a technical eye and no aesthetic expectation can open you up to the unexpected find, because you're almost trying too hard the rest of the time. Thanks for the comment. |
